You must have a wired broadband internet connection (at least 20 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload), and a proper headset/microphone setup. A quiet workspace with a dedicated table and chair is also necessary.

Shift timings are flexible, and you may be assigned work during mornings, evenings, or even weekends (between 6 AM to 11 PM). A minimum commitment of 40 hours per week is expected.
Required Skills and Eligibility
- Age: Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in India.
- Education: Must have passed 12th grade; graduates are also eligible.
- Language: Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is also helpful.
